1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

• "Deposit" means the transfer of funds from your personal bank account or e-wallet into your wtomax Account.

• "KTP" means Kartu Tanda Penduduk, the Indonesian National Identity Card required for account verification.
• "RTP" means Return to Player, the theoretical percentage of wagered funds a game will return to players over time.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from your wtomax Account to your personal bank account or e-wallet.

3. Eligibility Requirements

3.1 Age Requirement

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

3.4 Prohibited Persons

The following persons are prohibited from creating accounts or using wtomax services:

• Persons under 21 years of age.
• Current or former employees of wtomax or any affiliated companies.
• Immediate family members of wtomax employees.
• Persons who have been previously banned or self-excluded from wtomax.
• Persons residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly illegal.
• Persons diagnosed with gambling addiction who have not completed treatment.

4. Account Registration and Verification

4.1 Registration Process

To use wtomax services, you must create an account by providing accurate personal information including your full legal name (as it appears on your KTP), date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You may only create one account per person. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

wtomax is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our compliance obligations, you must complete identity verification by submitting:

• A clear, legible photograph of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) showing all details.
• A selfie photograph of yourself holding your KTP next to your face.
• Proof of address (if requested), such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months.
• Source of funds documentation (if requested), such as employment verification or bank statements.

Verification typically completes within 1-24 hours. Until your account is fully verified, you may face restrictions on withdrawals or account features. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You must immediately notify wtomax customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4.4 Account Suspension and Closure

wtomax reserves the right to suspend or close your account at our sole discretion if we suspect fraudulent activity, multiple account creation, bonus abuse, collusion, use of betting bots or automated software, money laundering, underage gambling, or any other violation of this Agreement. In such cases, we reserve the right to withhold any remaining balance in your account.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

wtomax supports deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, and Bank Permata, as well as e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 2 minutes of payment confirmation.

You may only deposit funds that belong to you personally. Deposits from third-party accounts or using another person's payment method are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure. All deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases of technical error on our part.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet from which you made your most recent deposit, as an anti-money laundering measure. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5-15 minutes during business hours (09:00-23:00 WIB) and may take up to 24 hours during off-peak hours. Before processing a withdrawal, we may require you to wager your deposited amount at least once (1x rollover requirement) to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

5.3 Fees

wtomax does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may charge transaction fees, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any such fees.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on wtomax are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you deposit funds in another currency, they will be automatically converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate, and conversion fees may apply.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

wtomax offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and seasonal promotions. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum bet limits. These terms are clearly stated in the promotion details and must be met before bonus funds or winnings from bonuses can be withdrawn.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement, typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x). This means you must place bets totaling 30 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw the bonus or any winnings derived from it. Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: sports betting typically contributes 100%, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10-20%, and some games may be excluded entirely.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited and includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, opposite betting (covering all outcomes), low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or using betting bots or automated software. Any suspected bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and possible account closure.

6.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

While you have an active bonus or pending wagering requirements, withdrawals may be restricted. If you request a withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements, the bonus and any winnings associated with it will be forfeited, and only your original deposited funds (minus any losses) will be withdrawable.

7. Gaming Rules and Conduct

7.1 General Rules

All bets placed on wtomax are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before confirmation. wtomax reserves the right to void any bet if there is clear evidence of technical error, obvious pricing error, or if the bet was placed after an event had already started (for live betting).

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets are settled according to official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body. In the event of a postponed or abandoned match, bets will typically be voided unless the match is completed within 48 hours. 7.3 Casino Games and RTP
